Only War?

I have a question I need the answer for,

Why don’t we have peace, but only war?

 

We should live in harmony like creepers live with trees,

Humans with their brothers and sisters, should retain peace.

And not be like a parasite, that sucks the tree’s soul,

Turning the noble thing, into a living ghoul.

 

Like the clouds, we should stay, in harmony in the sky,

Because when the clouds clash, the heavens weep and cry.

 

To listen to the guns’ and bullets’ endless refrain,

Fills my soul and heart, with unimaginable pain.

 

Humans heed my advice and end-

what causes death and destruction galore.

Stop performing barbaric tasks,

From the days of yore.
